WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER

UK Standard Delivery will take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. Please note that over bank holidays, sale periods and holiday seasons there may be slight delays.

UK Express Delivery will provide you with next day delivery services across the UK mainland on all orders placed before 12pm.

International Standard Delivery will take 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Please note that over bank holidays, sale periods and holiday seasons there may be slight delays.

International Express Delivery will take 1 to 4 working days to arrive depending on location in the world. Please note that over bank holidays, sale periods and holiday seasons there may be slight delays.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped next day or same day if placed before 12pm. During busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once the order has shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

FUEGO® ships with Royal Mail for all UK and international orders.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

FUEGO® offers a 14 day refund from the date you recieve your order. All returns must be sent to us in the same condition in which they arrived. All labels and tags must be attached, with no marks, stains pulls or tears on the product.

FUEGO® can refuse the right to accept a return if we suspect the product has been worn or altered.

If you believe your item has arrived damaged, or is faulty due to any particular reason, visit our FAQ for more information, or contact us for further help. All refunds are issued onto a FUEGO® Gift Card or via the original method of payment.

HOW TO RETURN

Click the ‘create a return’ button at the top of this page or in your account area and follow the instructions provided for all UK and International returns.

CONDITIONS

FUEGO® will only accept returns under the following conditions:

• No signs of wash/wear
• Tags must not be damaged or removed
• No stains/hairs/odours

Footwear must be in the original box. Soles must have no wear. If footwear is returned with wear/damage these will be returned back to the customer.

Underwear and swimwear are not permitted for returns for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards are non-refundable, all sales are final.
