FUEGO® offers a 14-day refund policy on all items purchased on the official website. We do not currently offer direct exchanges on our products. However, you can return a product and repurchase separately.
WHICH SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

All our products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked™ who offer guaranteed next day delivery with tracking information and updates by Email. Products shipped internationally will also be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked™, however delivery services may differ depending on location.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Upon checkout, you will have the option to select 24 or 48 hour delivery services via Royal Mail Tracked™.
During weekends, holidays or other busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days for standard delivery orders to be shipped. You will receive an email notification once your order is on the way.

CAN I PAY USING A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?

Yes, we accept most global currencies. Shop in your desired currency by selecting your preference in the top right-hand corner of the website. We are constantly adding support for more currencies to be displayed. Regardless of if your currency is listed, you can still place orders as normal.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE I'VE PAID?
